Meet the Great Cosmic Mother at Green Gate.
Monica Sjöö was fascinated by ancient matriarchal cultures, as were many of the women at Green Gate, part of the Greenham Common Women’s Peace Camp. In this short recording, Rebecca Mordan (of Scary Little Girls and Greenham Women Everywhere) describes the spiritual symbols whith which the women surrounded themselves, and the lasting impact of their spirituality on her own life.
