We are delighted to announce that we have received £24,870 in funding from Arts Council England for our new project ‘Keskesow’!
Keskesow, which means ‘conversations’ in Cornish, is a Cornish-Language Community Exhibition which runs from July – December 2025.
We’ll be translating a successful multimedia exhibition about the Greenham Women’s Peace Camp into the Cornish language and sharing it at four venues across Cornwall. We’re looking forward to engaging women and girls identified as at risk through a programme of participatory activities including singing Cornish versions of songs from the Greenham Songbook, printmaking protest posters in Cornish, Cornish language zine making and a Greenham Cabaret! We aim to increase local connections and pride of place.
HUGE thanks to Arts Council England for this incredible support. We’re planning and prepping now – keep an eye on our socials for updates!
