Hilary Whyard visited Greenham regularly in the early days with her 5 month old son.
Changing circumstances forced her to visit less after that time, but she was still active and helped with the delivery of food to the base, also supporting the Embrace the Base ceremony every year. In her interview, she discusses the creche run by men at the start of the camp.
She continues to be active concerning peace and environment issues.
