I met Sheila with her sister Barbara Blower and their close friend Mockie Harrison. None of them stayed for a long time but visited regularly for short visits. They helped with supplying food for the camp in a fairly well organised way with loosely arranged rotas for cooking and delivery the food.

They often took their children with them, staying mostly at Red Gate. They kindly sang some of the Greenham songs on the recording.
