Sue Hale was a young single mum when she went to Greenham. She was involved in setting up Women’s Aid refuges and was in peace groups in Lampeter and Swansea. She recalls Embrace the Base with her daughter, the mud, the mutual support with the miner’s strike, staying at the Brawdy camp, getting arrested, singing in court and a big demo in Swansea for International Women’s Day!
Sue was interviewed by Vanessa Pini in November 2022.
